June WRAP-UP

Hello! Here I am, with my first monthly wrap-up. I hope I'll be able to do it every month from now on. First, some stats: Books read: 14 Pages read: 4807 Favourite book: Cemetery Boys Average rating: 3,5 Now, to the books. For the first two weeks of June I've participated in two readathons, Queer Lit Readathon and Read Your Gays . I've linked both and I recommend you guys check them both out! *** The first book I've read is The State of Us by Shaun David Hutchinson. I've read this for Queer Lit Readathon  for the rainbow cover prompt. My rating of this book was 1 star mostly due to the presentation of the Conservative party, which was at best insensitive and at worst intentionally harmful. I'm by no means an expert on American politics but I still felt deeply uncomfortable with how things were presented here.
